Paul joined VCRD as Executive Director in 2000. Paul is a UVM alumni and holds a PhD in intellectual history from McGill University. In addition to his work at VCRD, Paul is a member of the Housing Vermont Board of Directors and President Emeritus of the national Partners for Rural America organization.

Margaret Gibson McCoy

Margaret worked in non-profit office management and communications for 20 years before joining VCRD in the summer of 2008. She grew up and still lives in Central Vermont, and is a UVM graduate.

Sharon Combes-Farr

Sharon is a Vermonter who has worked for more than 12 years in the telecom industry, including a long career at Qwest Communications and, most recently, as the Director of Marketing at Vermont Telephone Company (VTel).

Rob has over fifteen years of community outreach experience with various community development and advocacy projects in Maine, Vermont, and Ghana.

Caitlin is a Brown graduate who has worked for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has experience managing an online marketing department in New York and curating social media for organizations in both London and Vermont.
