e-Vermont Names Helen Jordan as Director

MONTPELIER, VT – Helen Labun Jordan has been selected as Program Director of e-Vermont, the Community Broadband Project. This new two-year initiative will help rural Vermont towns take full advantage of the Internet to address a wide variety of local needs including economic development, school innovation, job creation, downtown marketing, community engagement, and e-commerce. Today’s announcement came from Paul Costello, Executive Director of the Vermont Council on Rural Development (VCRD) and leader of the e-Vermont Partnership.
